It's true and if you didn't see it coming, you're probably the guy that still owns and actively uses a VHS player. I know, some of you are like "what is VHS?" Well, boys and girls, it's... nevermind. Go Wikipedia it already. The final blow arrived when Toshiba officially announced that it would no longer be producing HD-DVD recorders or players of any sort.
It looks like I'll be crossing the XBox 360 HD-DVD attachment off my list. I'm sure Bill has some sort of Blu-Ray (the infamous PS3 fanboy format) adapter up his sleeve.
